Protecting your personal data is a task we take very seriously in SOSSINOLA. For this reason, we developed this Privacy Policy to keep you informed about the nature, the types and the purposes of collecting, using and processing your personal data.
Moreover, we would like to let you know of your rights regarding the handling of your personal data by us. As a data processor, SOSSINOLA applies various technical and organizational measures to achieve the highest possible degree of safeguarding your personal data. Nevertheless, no “guaranteed” security exists both inside and outside of Internet.
This Privacy Policy is part of a bigger project we are currently implemented to comply with the national, European and International regulatory framework about personal protection and privacy and especially with EU’s General Data Protection Regulation.

We only collect what we need to provide you with services corresponding to your needs. Normally, we collect the following:
- contact information (name/ surname, email, work and home street address, mobile and land line phone number),
- credit card information (type, number, name on card, valid until date, security number),
- information needed to offer you better services (dates of arrival and departure, date of birth, sex, names and ages of your family members, rooms preferences, dietary peculiarities, entertainment activities, etc.),

- react to your requests both before coming to our accommodation and you are staying at them,

- receive your feedback both during your stay and after leaving our accommodation,
- offer you special services when staying at our accommodation.
We always ask for your consent when we are planning to use your personal data for purposes beyond these directly related to our service. Such purposes include direct marketing (e.g. newsletters, promotional emails).

In any case, this Privacy Policy applies to every data acquired by third persons.

We will never disclose your data to third parties, except if:
- we have your clear consent,
- it is necessary in order to provide to you a service that you have asked for such transfer from a point of arrival (e.g. airport),
- when other companies or service providers implementing business activities on our behalf need such kind of data to fulfill their contractual obligations (credit card processing, marketing, etc.),
- it is demanded by law according to a court decision or after a relevant request be a competent authority (governmental, judicial, police, administrative or regulatory),
